The College
The College of Judicial Attorneys emerged as an idea before the current public prosecutors took up their positions in the administrative career, as a demonstration of merit as a criterion for admission to the Attorney General's Office, as stipulated by our Constitutional Court in its ruling C-101 of 2013.
From a first meeting at the Municipality of Aratoca (Santander) by current Judicial Attorneys who were decisive in the defense of the public contest through their respective interventions in different tutela actions, this idea was crystallized by the formation of the College of Judicial Attorneys with the main purpose of serving as an organ that from the academy can support all Judicial Attorneys in the fulfillment of their functions as agents of the Public Ministry to the point that its creation is already a fact where a large group of COLLEGIATES already belong, who share that same purpose of service to our entity.

Mission
The National College of Judicial Attorneys is a non-profit association dedicated to social service through academic means, seeking to provide judicial attorneys with greater tools to fulfill their intervention, preventive, and disciplinary functions in their constitutional role as Public Prosecutors. This is done through coordinated actions with the Attorney General's Office, contributing to a greater empowerment of our commitment to serving the community in the defense of fundamental rights, the legal system, and public property.

Vision
By 2025, the National College of Judicial Attorneys will be recognized nationally and internationally as the only association truly committed to safeguarding the prestige of the Attorney General's Office through the proactive actions of its judicial attorneys, utilizing their human talent and responsibility, aimed at defending the Social, Democratic, and Constitutional State of Law.
